Continuing Education Fair

The 2015 Continuing Education Week at McMaster University is being held over the course of 5 days in the McMaster University Student Centre. The week is an excellent opportunity to network with students and promote the benefits of your academic program as well as distribute information and highlight application and admissions information.

The 2015 Continuing Education Week will be taking place from Monday, October 19 to Friday, October 23.

  • On Monday, October 19, attendees will have the option to engage in an online Continuing Education Fair. The online Continuing Education Fair will connect your school with students who are exploring the opportunity to continue their studies. The online format provides an easy way for you to promote your school and is accessible from your office or while travelling. At the event, you will receive a fully customized virtual booth complete with your logo and/or images. During the live event, you will receive 2 representative seats to connect directly with students in one-on-one chats.
  • Our three day in person fair will take place from Tuesday, October 20 – Thursday, October 22. The in-person fair provides participating organizations with an opportunity to speak face-to-face with interested applicants and distribute information or answer questions.
    • Tuesday, October 20 will focus on graduate and professional programs.
    • Wednesday, October 21 will concentrate on health sciences, MBA, law and education programs.
    • Thursday, October 22 will welcome college programs.
  • The virtual open house will be held on Friday, October 23. Host a one-hour, virtual information session and connect with students and alumni. The best part, you can do this from anywhere. The virtual open house provides your program with another opportunity to connect and answer questions. More information will be available closer to the open house date.

If you are already registered to attend another Fair on the date corresponding with your program area, you are welcome to register for an alternative date. Your attendance will be promoted to students to ensure they are aware of your presence at the event.

Interested participants have a variety of different packages available for attendance.

Four different registrations are available:

  • Registration for the Online Continuing Education Fair only - $100
  • Registration for the Virtual Open House only - $150
  • Registration for the In-person Continuing Education Fair only - $350 per day
  • Registration for all three events (Online Fair, Virtual Open House, In-person Continuing Education Fair) - $500
